mannnnn....i hate it when you call customer service numbers and the freaking people wont talk to you they send to a answering machine....im trying to find out info about a cosmetic store opening in my area..and the recorded message didnt answer my question. After calling three times and telling the people who were actually alive that that the recorded message is not what i wanted....they still sent me there everytime. ARE THEY DUMB? obviously!! I ended up calling another store in the area already open and they told me everything i wanted to know that easy...ughhh i should have done that in the first place. Why is it so complicated to find a job...geeezzz...no wonder people prefer to stand on the corner and hold signs.
I am interested, but what do you mean " Fedex Crush", what marketing strategies are they using. I am trying to figure out why I am so attracted to Fedex, in the same way, I am also attracted to Brooks Brothers, JCrew and LLBean, but those companies are very different see?
ummmmm....companies market themselves a certain way to attract customers....something about fedex and those other stores you listed attract you to them....its like why do u pick one shampoo over another...is it the name? the shape of the bottle? the colors and design they use? the commercials?
and actually brooks brothers...jcrew...and ll bean actually are the same...they have the same type of product...and market the same way....there target market is pretty much the same....its a very conservative, somewhat laid back, and all american clothing for a moderate to slight upscale customer.
